Collected Information

The information we collect is gathered from several sources. These include our websites, support requests, network assessment requests, and survey information via telephone, e-mail, and direct mail. As part of a network assessment or support request, customers will be contacted by us through mail, e-mail, and/or phone to communicate with them about their request made on Tech Commandos’ site. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor.
